Products
Where are your products made?
T-shirts, sweatshirts and shoppers are designed in Italy, ethically produced in Bangladesh by European companies, and printed and packaged in Italy at an artisanal atelier in the province of Milan.
Posters are printed by an artisan workshop in the province of Pavia.
The notebooks are made by Cooperativa Sociale Parallelo in the province of Varese.
How should Broccoly garments be washed?
- Follow these tips to ensure maximum product durability:
Wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40 °C (104 °F).
Do not tumble dry.
Do not dry clean.
Do not use bleach.
Iron inside out (maximum temperature 110 °C), no steam.
Orders and payments
Is it safe to order on broccoly.it?
Yes, broccoly.it is a safe site.
All our digital payment methods are tracked and secure.
Your data is processed in accordance with current legislation on privacy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Satispay and all major credit cards.
Is it possible to receive an invoice for my purchase?
You can let us know that you need an invoice when you place your order by leaving a note in the box at the bottom of your cart page, and then tell us your billing address at checkout.
If you have already placed the order and need an invoice, you can write us an email at ciao@broccoly.it
We will need the order number and the following data: name, surname, billing address, VAT number and recipient code.
How do I pay with a gift card?
You can enter the gift card code before proceeding with payment, during check out.
Your amount will be deducted from the value of your order.
Shipments and returns
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Europe via standard shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once we have shipped it you will receive an email with the tracking number.
How can I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return it. From the day you receive it, you have 30 days to decide if you want to return any items. If you wish, write to us at info@broccoly.it adding your purchase code and "Return" in the subject of the email, and you will receive the necessary instructions. Can I exchange a product for another item?
We can replace items if they are faulty, damaged or if the size you purchased does not fit. In any case, send us an email to info@broccoly.it adding your purchase code and "Change" in the subject of the email. We will inform you about the exchange possibilities and the process.
